YMCA &YWCA Staff Enjoy Skill Training Program on Team Building by Doc. Sharon Sassman
A training course of Team Building was delivered by Ph. D Sharon Sassman on April 20th 2011 in order to improve YMCA&YWCA staff’s service competence and strengthen their capacity of team cooperation. More than 30 staff members participated in Doc. Sassman’s seminar, who was invited from the States by YMCA&YWCA. She shared her knowledge about the team’s characteristics, the roles of team members, and demonstrated how to put into effect team building skills by setting a scenario for participants to have group discussion.
